NVR, a trusted partner in ownership administration since 2005, is pleased to announce that Lena Green will step in as CEO effective May 15.

For two decades, NVR has built trust in complex ownership structures, ensuring ownership information remains accurate, verified, and traceable over time. Companies, investors, advisors, and authorities rely on NVR as a single source of truth for who owns what, making it a central part of Sweden’s ownership ecosystem.

Lena Green steps into the CEO role with a strong track record of building and scaling technology companies. She has worked closely with NVR since 2025, giving her a good understanding of the business, its customers, and the market it operates in. Her background combines hands-on operational leadership with strategic experience in business development, and she has consistently delivered growth in organisations where precision and long-term customer relationships are central.

Lena Green says: “NVR has spent two decades building something rare: A platform our customers genuinely trust. That foundation is exactly what makes the next chapter so exciting. The market is moving in our direction, the team is ready, and we have an opportunity to grow at a completely different pace. That is what the coming years will be about.”

Fredrik Ljungberg, Chairman of the Board, says: “NVR has been on an accelerating growth curve, and the next step is not incremental, it is exponential. Lena has the experience and the drive to take us there. The conditions are right, and we are not going to wait.”
