The Overview page — now with deeper insights and improved analysis

Our Overview page has received a major update and now provides even more relevant, up-to-date, and actionable insights into your ownership and company data. In addition to summarizing information from multiple sources, you can now analyze outcomes, explore potential scenarios, and quickly gain a clearer picture of the company’s ownership structure.

• Beneficial owner – View what is registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office.

• Ownership categories as charts – A clear overview of investor types, employee ownership, and more.

Share insights easily

All sections on the Overview page can be downloaded – charts as image files and tables as CSV – making it easy to share in presentations or reports for the board, investors, and other stakeholders.

Which ownership categories dominate?

The new pie chart for ownership categories makes it easy to see both the largest owners and how ownership is distributed across different categories at an aggregated level. Want to know whether the largest owners are investors, employees, or other types of owners? You now have the answer instantly.

Are you aligned with the Swedish Companies Registration Office?

With the company data section, you can immediately see whether there are differences between what is registered in NVR and with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. This can go both ways — for example, if you have completed a new share issue and updated NVR but forgotten to register the change with the authority.

How do your option programs affect ownership?

This view, available exclusively to Pro users, allows you to see:

• Total potential dilution per program
• Dilution from issued derivatives only
• The combined effect on the company’s overall ownership structure
