A new feature in Pro is Audit log – a type of activity log that makes it easy to trace all events and gives you full control over the history. Full traceability and control

The Audit log provides a complete, time-stamped overview of all actions performed in NVR. This reduces the risk of errors, simplifies reviews, and serves as an efficient tool for tracking changes over time – particularly valuable when multiple people manage the same company or when a group consists of several entities.

Audit log provides information on: 

• Who performed the action (name, personal identity number/organization number, email address, and user ID).
• What was done (e.g. created, updated, deleted).
• When it occurred (exact timestamp).
• Where it occurred (for users with a group account, whether the event relates to a specific company or the group account).
• Additional context (a description of what was changed).

Each event can also be expanded to show raw data, such as which share holdings were affected. This way, you always have all the information you need to follow up on exactly what has changed, with full visibility into all parameters.

Search and filter – find the right (or erroneous…) thing in seconds

Imagine you are responsible for several companies within a group and suddenly need to find a change that was made a few weeks ago in a subsidiary. Instead of manually searching through each company, you can quickly locate the event using the Audit log’s search and filtering functionality.

With just a few clicks, using a group account in NVR you can: 

• Filter to view events on the group account or for a specific company.
• Search directly for what you are looking for.

You find the event immediately and gain full insight into what has happened, without having to dig through each company.
