Nordiska Värdepappersregistret (NVR) has announced that it is entering into a partnership with Swedbank to offer its automated services for ownership administration in privately held companies to Swedbank’s customers. NVR is a market-leading provider of ownership administration, offering automated services for managing share ledgers and options. With more than 22,000 corporate clients, NVR has a clear strategy to grow through strategic partnerships and already works closely with a number of leading law firms and accounting firms.

Entering into a partnership with Swedbank, one of Sweden’s largest banks, further strengthens our position as a trusted provider and creates strong conditions for continued growth.

Swedbank’s decision to collaborate with NVR demonstrates that NVR offers a strong and innovative product that builds trust and improves the reliability of information that has previously either been entirely lacking or presented in Word or Excel.

NVR’s cloud-based and automated services will be available to Swedbank’s customers as of today. The partnership is an important step for both NVR and Swedbank and will help customers streamline their ownership administration and manage ownership-related matters in a smooth and reliable way.
