The Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket) is the government authority responsible for registering companies in Sweden. It is where you register a new limited company, changes to the articles of association and other information.
Registrations include the board, share capital, beneficial owner and decisions such as a new share issue or a reduction of share capital. Note that the share ledger itself is not filed with Bolagsverket — the board is responsible for keeping and making it available.
