Which of your personal data we process is dependent of our business relation with you and the purpose for you contacting us. We process your personal data for the following overall purposes:

to communicate with you and have you registered as our main point of contact for your organisation who are our existing or potential customer;
to administer and negotiate agreements with your organisation;‍
to send you newsletters and invitations to events and seminars arranged by us or our business partners; and‍
to administer your participation in seminars or events arranged by us or our business partners.

The personal data we process is generally received directly from the person whom the data concerns, e.g. when this person contacts us. This also applies for you. We might also receive your personal data from your organisation, e.g. if you are the registered main point of contact for your organisation in relation to us. We also utilize cookies to, with your consent, gather information about you when you use our website.

För att vi ska kunna ha kontakt med din organisation och fullgöra vår del av avtalet krävs att du som kontaktperson hos din organisation tillhandahåller oss vissa personuppgifter. For us to keep contact with your organisation and fulfil our part of the agreement, we require that you, in your capacity as main point of contact for your organisation, provide us with certain personal data. If you do not provide such information, we will not be able to administer our business relation with your organisation or fulfil our part of the agreement.

4. Vilka kan få tillgång till dina personuppgifter och var behandlas dessa? - Who can access to your personal data and where is the data processed?‍

Vi delar dina personuppgifter med andra bolag i vår koncern eller med våra samarbetspartners i samband med att vi erbjuder våra produkter och tjänster. Vi delar även dina personuppgifter med våra IT-leverantörer som tillhandahåller IT-support för de system där vi lagrar dina personuppgifter.
When providing our products and services, we share your personal data with our group companies and our affiliated companies. We also share your personal data with our IT-distributors who provide us with IT-support of the platforms where we store your personal data.‍

Vi ingår alltid ett personuppgiftsbiträdesavtal med de företag som behandlar personuppgifter på uppdrag av oss, detta för att säkerställa en hög skyddsnivå för behandlingen av dina personuppgifter. Om vi överför dina personuppgifter utanför EU/ESS görs detta endast om vi har stöd för överföringen enligt gällande dataskyddslagstiftning.
We always enter into a personal data processing agreement with the companies who process personal data on our behalf, this to ensure a high level of security for all processing of your personal data. In cases where your personal data is transferred outside of the EU/EEA, this will only occur by virtue of the regulations in the applicable personal data protection legislation.‍

5. Vilka rättigheter har du att påverka hur vi behandlar dina personuppgifter? - Which rights do you have to influence our processing of your personal data?

You have certain rights in connection with our processing of your personal data, see below for further information. To exercise your rights, please contact us on the details stated above.

a) Rätt till att återkalla ditt samtycke - The right to revoke your consent

Du kan när som helst återkalla det eventuella samtycket du lämnat till oss för viss behandling av dina personuppgifter, med verkan från och med återkallelsen.
You may at any time revoke any consent you have provided with us for certain processing of your personal data, this will have effect as of the time of the revocation.

b) Rätt att invända mot behandling - The right to object to processing‍

Du har rätt att invända mot behandlingen av dina personuppgifter under vissa förutsättningar. Du har alltid rätt att invända mot att dina personuppgifter behandlas för direktmarknadsföring, såsom informationsutskick.
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data under some conditions. You always have the right to object to your personal data being processed for direct marketing, such as newsletters.‍

I vissa fall föreligger ingen rätt att invända (exv. när vi är tvungna enligt lag att behandla dina personuppgifter). Du har rätt att när som helst invända mot behandlingen av dina personuppgifter som grundar sig på en intresseavvägning. Läs mer om vad en intresseavvägning innebär under punkten 7. In some cases, you do not have the right to object (e.g., if we are required by law to process your personal data). You have the right to, at any time, object to the processing of your personal data on the basis of balance of interests. See section 7 for further information on the balancing of interests. This does, however, not apply if we can show on compelling legitimate reasons for the processing that outweigh your interests, rights and liberties if the processing is made to determine, exercise or protect any legal entitlements.

c) Rätt till tillgång - The right to access

You have the right to obtain a confirmation regarding if we process any of your personal data. If we do, you have the right to information on how the data is processed, e.g. information regarding the purpose for the processing and which categories of personal data the processing concerns. You also have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data we process.

d) Rätt till rättelse - The right to correction‍

Du har rätt att utan onödigt dröjsmål få felaktiga personuppgifter rättade och komplettera ofullständiga personuppgifter.
You have the right to have inaccurate personal data corrected and amended, without undue delay.‍

e) Rätt till radering (rätten att bli bortglömd) och begränsning av behandling - Right to erasure (right to be forgotten) and limitation of the processing

Du har under vissa förutsättningar rätt att begära att dina personuppgifter raderas. Sådana förutsättningar föreligger exempelvis om personuppgifterna inte längre är nödvändiga för de ändamål som de samlats in eller behandlats för eller om du återkallar ditt samtycke som behandlingen grundar sig på och det inte finns någon annan rättslig grund för behandlingen.
You have the right to, under certain circumstances, request that your personal data is erased. Such circumstances can for example be the personal data is no longer required for the purpose it was collected or processed, or if you revoke your consent that the processing is based on and there is no other legal basis for the processing.

Du har också rätt att begära att vi begränsar vår behandling av dina personuppgifter. Sådana förutsättningar föreligger om du exempelvis bestrider uppgifternas korrekthet eller om behandlingen är olaglig och du motsätter dig att personuppgifterna raderas samt istället begär en begränsning av uppgifternas användning.
You also have the right to request that we limit our processing of your personal data. Such conditions exist if you, for example, dispute the accuracy of the data or if the processing is unlawful and you oppose erasure of the personal data and instead request a limitation of the use of the data.

f) Rätt att inge klagomål till en tillsynsmyndighet - The right to file complaint with a supervisory authority

Du har rätt att lämna klagomål angående vår behandling av dina personuppgifter till en behörig tillsynsmyndighet.
You have the right to file a complaint of our processing of your personal data to an authorised supervisory authority.

Ett sådant klagomål kan med fördel lämnas till myndigheten i den medlemsstat inom EU/EES där du har din vanliga hemvist, där du arbetar eller där en överträdelse av gällande lagar och regler för dataskydd påstås ha förekommit. Behörig tillsynsmyndighet i Sverige är Datainspektionen.
Such complaint may usefully be submitted to the authority in the EU/EEA-member state where you have your habitual residence, where you work or where the infringement of the applicable data protecting laws or regulations allegedly occurred. Authorised supervisory authority in Sweden is the Data Inspection Board.

g) Rätt till dataportabilitet - Right to data portability

Du har rätt att få ut dina personuppgifter i ett strukturerat, allmänt använt och maskinläsbart format från oss. Du har även rätt att få dina personuppgifter överförda till ett annat företag när det är tekniskt möjligt (”dataportabilitet”).

Så länge vi har en affärsrelation med din organisation, eller under kortare tid, om din organisation informerar oss om att du inte längre ska vara din organisations kontaktperson. Vi kommer dock radera uppgifterna senast tre (3) år efter att affärsrelationen med din organisation avslutats. As long as we have an ongoing business relation with your organisation, or during a shorter period, if your organisation informs us that you are no longer the main point of contact for your organisation. We will, however, erase all data no later than three (3) years after the end of our business relation with your organisation.

The information is stored as of the time for your question and up to one (1) month after us answering your question.
För att följa bokföringslagstiftning. To comply with the applicable accounting legislation.	Namn som referens och historik om gjorda betalningar, transaktioner och övrigt som utgör bokföringsmaterial. Name as reference and history of made payments, transactions and other accounting documentation.	Behandlingen är nödvändig för att följa tvingande lag, d.v.s. bokföringslagen. The processing is required to be compliant with the applicable legislation, i.e. the Swedish Accounting Act.	Uppgifterna lagras under den tid som vi har krav på oss att spara uppgifterna enligt gällande bokföringslag, vilket är fram till och med det sjunde året efter utgången av det kalenderår där räkenskapsåret avslutades. To get in touch with you in your capacity as main point of contact for an organisation that might have an interest in information regarding us and our products and services.	Namn, telefonnummer, e-postadress och befattning. Name, telephone number, email and professional position.	Vårt berättigade intresse av att marknadsföra oss och våra tjänster. Our legitimate interest to promote us and our services.	Uppgifterna raderas när vi inte längre har en löpande kommunikation, och senast tre (3) månader efter att vi fått dina personuppgifter, om inte du och din organisation visar fortsatt intresse för oss eller ber oss kontakta dig senare (i vilket fall vi kan spara dina uppgifter längre). The information is erased when we no longer have an ongoing communication, and no later than three (3) months after us receiving your personal data, if you and your organisation don’t show a continued interest in our services or ask us to contact you in the future (in which case we might store your data for a longer period).

7. Hur har vi gjort vår intresseavvägning när den lagliga grunden är vårt berättigade intresse? - How did we make our balancing of interests when legal basis is our only legitimate interest?

För vissa ändamål behandlar vi dina personuppgifter med stöd av en intresseavvägning som laglig grund för behandlingen. I intresseavvägningen har vi bedömt att vårt berättigade intresse av att utföra behandlingen väger tyngre än ditt intresse och dina grundläggande rättigheter av att inte få dina personuppgifter behandlade. In some cases, we process your personal data based on a balance of interests as legal basis for the processing. When balancing the interests, we have reached the conclusion that our legitimate interest to process the data outweighs your interest and your basic legal rights to not have your personal data processed.
